  They have less number of fishes but the people in charge know what they are talking about. They are super helpful and patient with you. I had to add fishes to my tank and did not have much knowledge but the PetSmart people explained each and every detail which was really nice. Overall it's 5 star experience for me

  Very clean store. So it's Queen Violet's first time (Sigh**Mine too...taking her here. What did you think? Shame on you!!😉😜) Anyhoo, making the appointment was great because I called the evening before and the young lady put her on the list. So our appointment was for 9am. Once we got there, they asked about Violet's history, temperament and Rabies papers. The young lady then proceeded to discuss the different services they offer and their costs. So this being her first time *holding back tears*, they gave her a puppy cut. The groomer who took her from me told me to come back at noon, just in case Violet gave them a hard time. So I come back for my baby at noon....and she looked so cute!! They said she gave them no trouble (as I knew she wouldn't for she's a LAYDEE😜) I even thought I noticed Violet walking with a little sway in her step after her new look. But overall, the personnel that I dealt with from the groomers to the cashier...No issues. Just make sure that you bring your pet's RABIES VACCINATION papers, otherwise, No Service/No Exceptions.   A well managed and stocked store. It has everything you need for your pets. I highly recommend this store. Very clean and also a pet adoption was taking place which was very nice to see and participate in .

  Honestly, I have been to every single one of the petsmart in different areas. I will be the last one to leave a review. However, This store should definitely close. First the staff don't care about any of the animals they sell. On top I bought two guinea pigs and they were super ill. I call to see what they can do; one guy said yes bring them the next day they will be see by the Vet. Lies, I went the next morning and they had me waiting and said that they didn't have an appointment that I had to wait, and they didn't guarantee if the Guinea pigs will be okay. So they even told me that they could die. That I had to leave THEM in the store until they got better. They were not going to return them supposedly until the guinea pig were okay or they would tell me if they die. So I didn't leave them, and I took them to my house. I felt really weird. Then the girls told me that she was not a miracle worker. As soon as, she realizes how she was talking to me she was trying to be attentive after. At this point, I am so done with this people. The girl said that she was going to make an appointment for Wednesday, or they will going to try to make an appointment. I am waiting. Nobody call. No one is doing anything. Honestly, I think this people should all get fired, if you work in an environment where you have pets you need to care. Customer service is opportant and all the people here are really rude.

  Good overall environment. But they don't take care of their pets, went to buy a goldfish but most of them were sick and some were already dead. If I didn't know better I could've bought one and they could make my other fish sick. Please take care of your fish.
