  SO! Last year I made a review that was bad because my experience at this place was horrible. I decided to give it another chance earlier today and I have to say it was a lot better. The animal conditions were better. And the customer service was a lot better as well. The last time I was here the animal tanks and cages looked dirty, specifically the bird cages. But this girl that was cleaning the when I came in did an amazing job! Give that girl a raise! Because that thing was filthy last time I came. I talked with the young lady who was cleaning the cages and she helped me find a better dog food for my German Shepard then she helped me when I had questions about getting my first fishtank and what I would need. The cashier was polite as well. Overall it was a way better experience than before and I look forward to going there again! (Sorry to the girl and cashier I can’t remember your names for this review! But thank you!) Update!: the lady that helped me was Lena! Just spoke with her again today. Cool young lady :)

  I forgot the name of the person that gave me correct information about the dog. It is my first dog and I am so excited to take care of it. She gave me some information based on the type of dog I have. Super great customer service.

  I took my extremely shy dog there, I was hoping to be inside with her so she wouldn't get so scared but, I couldn't. The girl who was washing her, Carly, came out halfway through and told me how she was doing, that was so sweet. She gave her the best treatment she could receive, I'll definitely take her to be under Carly's care more often.

  we were looking to adopt a puppy from pet smart and like the other day we went we saw a puppy we like...and the lady told us to go do some research on a few things since we are first time pet owner and to bring my youngest child...so im like okay and we go back a couple days later which was today she asked the questions and i answered them and then we go in the back for like 45 minutes for my youngest child can get use to the dog then we come out and we think we will be able to get the dog u know.. but after all that the lady cindy (the name she gave me) with the sprained ankle said i need you to go home do more research on crate training and dog agression and then come back and we will see if you are ready to adopt a dog like seriously i just sat back there for 45min with this dog and kids and we still cant bring home the dog now i feel some kind of way....she could of told me that before we even went in the back like seriously i really think that girl was racist because she didnt do it to the other family of first time pet owners...i had to really hold my cool because my kids were there....and i know it was racist because i only got that feeling a few times in my life...we will take our services some where else
