  The only plumbing company I would ever allow in my home. I have used many before and always had issues, but never with Petri. Fast, easy, reliable. Always top quality work by respectable employees. I have even allowed them in my home when I am out to complete work!

  Our hot water heater gave up on a Sunday, Mother’s Day no less. Danny from PETRI Plumbing came right over, assessed the problem, and returned bright and early Monday morning with a brand new tank. They also suggested and established a new pipe setup which allowed a direct feed from my hot water tank to my heating boiler in order to make my heat come up more quickly and more energy efficiently. Brilliant!! Thanks guys.

  I was so glad to see Joe today. He's done work here before, and I have always found him to be courteous, knowledgeable and totally professional. He is also uncommonly good at communicating and being sensitive to an anxious customer. You are lucky to have him represent Petri.

  I live on a tight and busy street in Brooklyn Heights where trucks constantly cause traffic and noise. I saw this truck double park and thought my paper reading would be ruined on such a beautiful morning but they had someone stay in the truck and move it every time needed. I even approached the window to ask a question and he was so nice and courteous I found out they are older than me Ha My morning read was pleasant thanks to the young man. Need more companies and trucks like this in the neighborhood

  I contacted Petri Plumbing & Heating for an emergency regarding an old boiler in one of my families properties. I have never been more impressed with a plumbing company’s response time and hospitality. The gentleman that helped me and my family was prompt, respectful, polite, and incredibly knowledgeable. He was a plumbing genius! Any property owner in New York City knows this kind of service is hard to come by!
