  the manager old lady was pretty nasty i first came to the store and another customer got in but because i bought a kitten formula and a litter box she wasn't paying attention to me she keep talking to that lady in spanish , i waited for sometime but she kept talking when i said miss my car is parked on a fire hydrant please can you ring me up while she said with an attitude you have to wait i am helping her then i will come and one more time before she was cranky like that !! we are buying things that's how the store profits and pay them employees how can they behave with us customers like this ?? what kind of service is it ??

  Worst reps. Two of the young men stunk like weed. Didn’t tell me what i needed for the fish I bought so my fish died immediately. They needed a heater and I asked and they didn’t even answer me. One of them. The short fat white guy bumped me twice and didn’t even say anything.

  The New staff are not helpfull at all,bad actitud,always looks angry,the hospitality and good service change for bad about 6 months ago.

  A few days ago I decided to visit my local Petland discount store, which I normally wouldn't do since I prefer to purchase my fish from more trustworthy aquarium shops. I wanted to pick up some neon Tetras for a 29gal community tank I own. Upon buying three, the first two passed away within the first 24 hours while the third came down with a SERIOUS case of Ich. When I went to the Petland to confront management about the situation, upon inspection of the tank in which I received my neon tetras from I noticed that the tank was under a complete infestation! Note I did not see this the day of purchasing; I am well informed on fish health. I confronted the two employees who were working this morning, who also happened to be the same men who sold us the infected tetras. They didn't appear concerned in any way and brushed the situation off quite rudely. I attempted to explain how serious the situation was and how it must be dealt with immediately but I wasn't even shown the decency of eye contact the employee was too engrossed in text messages. This is a dire situation and my community tank is now in jeopardy because of poor conditions of this Petland. I fear all the tanks in the store are at risk if the employees continue this mistreatment. Moving further I will not be purchasing any live fish from this establishment.

  I spent a lot of money buying a fish tank and all the equipments necessary to keep fishes alive. However, The fishes that they all sell are sick they die within A-day then they tell you could return it only one time and they continue to die within A- day. it's not worth it. Take your business to Petco where the fishes are life in fresh. They don't sell sick fishes!
