  Incredible. You can only make reservations by phone 6-8 weeks in advance and it's really difficult to get through to a person to make said reservation. Holy heck is it worth it though. Steak cooked to perfection. Service was phenomenal. They are really creating an experience for you!!

  Love this place it’s my favorite overall meal. The bacon is amazing. The steak is out of this world. The desserts are awesome as well. Always consistent and always a great meal. If you haven’t been then you are missing out.

  Very rustic no-frills interior. Free parking is about 50 yd up the street. The wait staff is friendly, attentive, but not humble, rather direct, and the food was served very quickly. The steak for two and the creamed spinach were both excellent. The dry aged porterhouse was served in brown butter, and we had to take home quite a bit. The apple strudel was not too sweet, and the whipped cream was exactly as it's served in Germany: a hint of vanilla, and slightly sweet. The prices are high, but this was to be expected. But then, one should compare how much a pound of dry aged porterhouse costs at the butcher's, which brings things back perspective. Unless you are going on a late afternoon, plan reservations a few weeks ahead of time. There will be a short wait even with reservations, though.

  Bucket list. Service was impeccable. Food was really really good. We were so full by dessert, but the server insisted he bring us at least a taste of the whipped cream. You must try the bacon...come on.

  Last time I came here was in 2014 but I'm back in 2018 as I couldn't really remember my experience from back in 2014. As usual since this is a popular place, you need to make reservations ahead of time if you want to dine here on Fridays, Saturdays or Sundays. I came here on a Friday night and it was packed with people. The environment in the restaurant is fancy with a high end design. The staff here are wonderful, they treated us with respect and was readily available once we needed something or asked for something. I was a bit disappointed by the steak though; it's not worth its price. Don't get me wrong, the steak was absolutely delicious but there are other restaurants who does steak better. I also had the lamb chops here which were pretty good; they weren't unique by any means but did have a little gaminess flavor to it. Lamb chops were still delicious. Overall, I most likely wouldn't come back here (maybe in another five years), but do recommend this place for those who are curious.
