  We had a long line for the rabies vaccine but the employees and vet techs were super nice and efficient.

  No waiting for getting your pup's pedicure, and the people are friendly enough. Price is cheap, just $15 for our pooch. We've had differing experience with the grooming staff. Some are really patient and careful, while others seem like they have only been there a few days. All staff love animals, it's obvious, but no one will care and love for your own pet, then yourself. Staff seem not to mind when we stayed and waited, which is nice, and I think it helps when your puppy is anxoius and can see you while harnessed. We like the service, and will continue to bring puppy in for her nails.

  I felt uncomfortable by an associate, Joe, who criticized the fact I was planning on purchasing a choke collar (I never asked him for his opinion or any help on finding the product in the first place) and told me I needed to train my dog instead... as if I hadn’t been doing that already?? I didn’t end up buying the choke collar but instead a regular one because I felt so judged and pressured not to. At checkout, he proceeded to comment, yet again, on how it was good that I didn’t get the product. I will not be coming back to this location. I’ve never exprienced an associate who judged and pressured me into not buying a product I wanted... and made me feel like my choice on handling my dog’s training was a completely cruel one. I thought employees were taught not to act like that towards customers. Besides that, Petco itself offered everything I was looking for (:

  We were on a long road trip, and needed to get some harnesses for our cats (they broker out of the old ones) They helped us find the right one and even let us use their training areas (enclosed) to put them on and give the poor cats some exercise. So super friendly and helpful!

  Large store with plenty of products, organized, and in great stock. Very pet friendly with employees that will greet your pets with happy faces. Plus, be sure to sign up for emails for great deals every other day! Had a great day with my girlfriend and her dog here and plan on coming again for all my pet needs.
