  ANY time I need something and they are out but another store has it, they go to that location. Either that day or the next. Kendra, thank you so much for going above and beyond for your customers! The whole staff on Division are so nice and helpful! Thank you All!

  Every time I go to a Petco I am alarmed by the combination of the number of staff working and how long it takes to get someone to help you. Today 2 employees watched me struggle to carry a baby in a car seat while obviously looking up and down the aisles for something and walked away without saying anything to me. When I finally felt my arm was going to fall off I had to interrupt an employee who passed me by, while he was talking about the varying softness of hamster bedding, to find what I needed.

  This review is actually for the Vetco Wellness Center veterinarian services that are available at scheduled times inside this Petco. I know they are available at some other Petco' s as well, but I've only ever used this one. This service has been extremely valuable to me because shots and other minor vet services are offered at a very affordable price. I do have a regular veterinarian for if or when my dog gets sick, but just for her vaccinations it is nice to not have to pay an office visit fee, and in addition, the vaccinations are considerably less expensive. Every visit has been a pleasant experience, everyone is always extremely professional and kind, and I hope they NEVER discontinue these services!!

  I've had nothing but good experiences in this store. The staff is very helpful and friendly. We take are dog to get her nails trimmed too. We also buy buckets of cat litter which can be refilled at a lower cost.

  Small store, but they have all the essentials and no shortage of anything I needed.
