  Petals and Roots is such an amazing store. Alex and her team are professional, friendly and they absolutely know what they are doing. They are very creative and they work with whatever budget you have. I wanted something simple and elegant for my mom's birthday and Alex made a recommendation that I went with. I love the store, it's such a Zen feeling once you step in. They have everything from flowers to plants, from candles to incense sticks, from vases to little knick knacks for the home. So happy I found them!! P.s. this picture does not do justice to how beautiful the bouquet really was.

  Was helped by Julia- very cheerful and helpful with picking out and putting together an appropriate bouquet. Florist related classes are offered here too.

  We cannot thank petals and roots enough for helping make our wedding day and prep so beautiful and special... the team truly went above and beyond! We are so grateful to everyone at petals and roots!! I couldn’t believe how gorgeous the bouquets and centerpieces were and so appreciate the extra personal touches they included in our package at no additional cost. It was SO nice and helpful that someone from the store came to deliver everything to the venue and STAYED THE ENTIRE CEREMONY to set up for the reception. I was truly so touched and blown away by the customer service they provided. Highly recommend Petals and Roots for all your florist and event needs!!

  Gorgeous arrangements! I use them often for clients, who frequently email me photos, in awe - and they are always even more beautiful than advertised! Customer service is outstanding; I frequently have them deliver to a building with particularly tight security, and they go above and beyond to coordinate with me and my clients, always staying in touch with us and ensuring the delivery gets done. My go-to florist for any professional request - they are outstanding for quality and service, every time!
