  The staff were very helpful, patient and advised me on how to care for the cactus's I bought from them at a good price. Highly recommended!

  HORRIBLE!!! They will rip you off incredibly if you order out of state. Unfortunately the people running this place assume out of state orders would never know what the recipient received. They will take your money and deliver garden weeds with a couple roses. Wish I could post a picture of what I ordered and what was received. Pathetic.

  Stopped by petals today for some flowers; the staff was super helpful and made a beautiful arrangement within the price range I requested. My mom really loved her birthday flowers. They also accept credit card.

  They accept credit cards which most shops dont and had what i wanted for a decent price. The lady was super nice and quick 10/10 will come back

  I know you're in New York and the people generally aren't friendly but if someone calls you trying to place an order, be nice. The lady who answered your phone was rude and was acting like picking up the phone and saying "PETALS" in a rather nasty tone was too much for her. There are much nicer shops in Brooklyn, don't use these people!
