  I went and had my puppy groomed today and the lady who did it Tammy was amazing. She was so kind and loving. I felt good having my puppy groomed by her. I'm definitely going back.

  The staff are always very pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable. On a previous trip to the store, my puppy had destroyed a sturdy toy the staff assisted me in selecting for him. They took it back without any problems and replaced it. It's now his favorite toy! The only reason I didn't give them a 5th star was due to boxes on the floor in the aisles, a pet peeve of mine. I don't mind boxes on stools or chairs, etc. but not on the floor...this is a rare occurrence for them, by the way. 🙂..
