This store is fantastic!! We have been frequenting Pet Supermarket nearly every day for 2 weeks as my young son goes through the process of buying his very first pet. The experience has been absolutely delightful, as all of the employees are beyond kind and helpful. The manager, Regeana, is very organized, helping customers while handling all the needs of the animals and employees. Tony was our main helper, and he spent so much time with us, explaining all we would need for our new pet. He was so patient with all of our questions and made sure we were well prepared when we left. Since then, Claire, Michael, and Ashley have provided great tips and discussed ways to help our new pet adjust to his new home. I have been very impressed with the vast pet knowledge of each employee. They know everything! Whenever we arrive to the store, we are greeted with lots of smiles and a friendliness that keeps bringing us back. Oh, and the prices are extremely reasonable! Even my father commented on this aspect. Highly recommend for all of your pet needs!

*Edited* I came to this store yesterday afternoon to adopt "Lenny". The staff was not polite at all and stood around glaring at my daughter and I from the time we entered until we left. I glared back, waiting for one of the five associates standing around the registers not doing ANY work to speak. They never did, only whispered among themselves and looking in what seemed to be disapproval. The employee who assisted me was apprehensive and slow about getting "Lenny's" paperwork together before I finally sped her along. She had a very snooty attitude, the employees looked as though they had never seen a black woman, black child, with muddy clothes on a rainy day. We had just come from playing outside. I despise people who think it is socially acceptable to show their opinions, prejudices, pettiness, insecurities, or what have you on the job that they are being paid to perform. Your opinions and hang ups are your business, do not project them. Speak, do not stare, and do not ever think that because a customer enters with brown skin that your level of service can be reduced or that you will subject us to sub-par service whether you all did so consciously or subconsciously. I could give a damn how you feel, just do your job...well. I suggested that the other cat people in my life looking for kitties, search elsewhere since they too....are brown. You have no business treating people according to what you think of them.

A smallish store, but they've got the best prices in town on what they carry, especially name-brand canned food for my picky cat. Their regular prices are less than sale prices with the "other guys". Staff is helpful, too

Small store, but nice options. Happy with the Grain-free Performatrin dog food store clerks recommended. We shop here more than other pet stores.
