  My dog Sonny loves to go here. Mike is so friendly and knows all the dogs in the neighborhood by name. The store has a good selection, but the customer service is the best around. I have stopped ordering online as much because it is so nice to shop here.

  Great pet store!! Fantastic customer service. We keep coming here instead of going to PerSmart because of Basem, who makes this little place an oasis on Grand. Friendly and kind to our dog when we come in.

  We love Mike and Mya the kitty and hope they don't get transported to Pet Island I in Queens. We love having them in the neighborhood.

  It's great to have such friendly people working in Pet Island 2, especially Mike who treats everyone like a great friend. Also my dogs love it there and always want to visit. It's always a pleasure to stop in and they deliver for free.
