  This company just started my service. It started off rocky but they fixed the issue.. will add or remove stars as I see the result of their service.

  I WOULD HAVE GIVEN THE ZERO STARS BUT GOOGLE DOESN'T ALLOW IT!!! Don't waste your time dealing with this company in JACKSONVILLE. OMG..Where do I start? I've been with this company for 4 months. Like one other reviewer stated. They talk a great game, but their service is worthless. First time, (June), the inside tech came not the one who was supposed to stay the outside..... Second time, (July), I called the Tampa office and set up to have my yard sprayed every month on 19th or 20th. Third time, (Aug 28) was good because of the tech (Steve) knew his stuff. Would call to make sure I was at home. Then once done he would tell me exactly what he applied and what do as far as watering. Steve is no longer there! Fourth time, (Sept), Im still waiting on them to show up for that month........ Fifth time, (Oct), I called on Oct 2 and asked when they were coming to spray, the idiot on the phone says "we sprayed on Friday that just passed". When I told him that he was a damn lie, the story changed to "oh we will come out Friday between 12-4. Needless to say no phone call, no show. Saturday morning around 730, no knock on door just a door hanger stating he had sprayed my yard. Checked my security cameras, and low and behold he sprayed my front yard but didn't touch the back. Called the Jacksonville office and told Phone Rep what happened. Asked to have my back yard resprayed later that evening after 3 since i was heading to Daytona. No call, no show! Phone Rep set up a Supervisor meeting at my resident for Tuesday between 3-4. Well needless to say today is Tuesday AGAIN no show, no phone call..... Was checking my security cameras and came across the idiot tech on Saturday knocking on my door at 230 (even though he wasn't supposed to show up til after 3). Oh did I forget they even processed my payment today as well. Which I've already disputed the charges and cancelled my automatic payment. I know this review is long. But take your business elsewhere. Don't even waste your time and energy dealing with them.. If you want them to come out whenever it suits them, and you pay for a half ass job then this is the company for you. But if your the type that wants to make sure your not getting ripped off and they are actually doing what they say they are then again go somewhere else.

  This is an awesome place and an awesome team these guys do a great job keeping houses pest free and Lawns pest free and keeping these Jacksonville Lawns Green

  We haven't been able to find a good lawn service in awhile. I was looking for a reason to let go of our previous company and one night a PestBear rep knocked on our door. The price seemed right, and he talked a good game so we decided to give them a try. The initial treatment didn't take too long. Typical spray for weeds and fertilize. He wrote a memo to come back in 21 days to reapply a weed application. Our yard isn't infested, nor does it have a lot of weeds but I liked the fact they were going to be proactive. At least I thought they were. The rep never showed up. I called a week after he was supposed to have treated our yard and the lady I spoke to was very apologetic and kind. She scheduled us an appt for a full service at no charge. Guess who never showed up?? Again!! A company can be as nice as they want, but when they waste a customer's day, twice, with a no call no show that is just bad business. That is how I now associate this company, bad business. Don't waste your time with these guys, look elsewhere.
