  We had 2 years experience with Personal Touch and for the most part they were alright. But they need to screen their aids more carefully. Some can not understand English but pretend to, therefore, they really can't understand the patients requests. If you have a dog, they neglect to tell the aids this and I had occasions where we had no coverage for the day due to this. But the worst thing was an aid named Kim! I'll leave out the last name. She appeared to be wonderful at first but turned into our worst nightmare. Verbally abusive like you can't imagine and the last month she was with us, she became physically abusive. My mother kept it quiet in fear of her, but the other aids were filling me in. My mother needed help 100% of the time and when she couldn't get herself off the bed and onto the commode, Kim refused to help her. Mom tried to help herself and fell onto the floor, peeing herself. Kim scolded her and left her laying on the cold floor for 1/2 hour. I could cry just thinking about it. As you could imagine, that was the end of her. I'm writing this just to get the word out that nobody EVER use this woman. She's evil. She's crazy! Her personal life is a mess, therefore, she has NO PATIENTS. I hope this information helps.
