  Super quick passport drop off for visa and friendly staff. Clean premise, and organized from what I experienced/could see. In and out of the office in 5 mins!

  Kind, clear and helpful service. Website is a little out of date, they seem to now open at 9:30 (and are located on the 5th floor); and they don't accept personal checks anymore, but they do accept credit cards, and no special credit card form is needed.

  I had a wonderful experience. I walked in a hot mess and a little unprepared😭. And feel like getting to Africa has been such a production! However, Bahia and Diana were so professional, patient and helpful! If the people of Tanzania are anything like them then I am in for a fantastic trip!

  if you follow all the instructions on the web site, the visa process is relatively easy. 1. have 2- 2"x2" photo with white background 2. have copy of where you are staying, hotels, bookings and copy of airplane ticket 3. proof of funds 4.money order/ or credit card +copy of driver license - no CASH 5. the visa application form downloaded and filled out from their web site 6. valid passport > 6 months left before expiration 7. self addressed and stamped envelope for your passport I arrived there between 10a, there is no line and took me about 10 minutes for the handoff... I got my passport back in the mail about one week.
