  FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE...we bought 3 bikes and a bike rack in 4 days...everyone is very knowledgeable and helpful. Immediate assistance as soon as you walk in the door...I can not say enough good things about these guys!!!

  These guys are truly awesome. They spent a significant amount of time and effort assisting me with the purchase of the best bike for my needs. And most importantly they never seemed annoyed or acted with the heir of superiority so many other shops seem to have. As I understand it things have changed in the last year or so there and all seemingly for the better. I have been to pretty much all of the other bike shops in the area and this has by far been the best experience!

  Purchased a new bike, and was extremely pleased with the customer service. The original bike was damaged in shipping, but the staff did a great job of getting my replacement in a very timely manner. Service people were also thorough with the set-up, and answering all of my questions. I highly recommend this shop!
