::Everything in between above the lowest end and below the highest end bikes and parts. They are focusing on Fuji and their house brands. They encourage ride before buy. Their staff we met were all knowledgeable. They varied in customer service skills. If you don't like the person who you ask for help. Go for a different one. All in all a very good bike store with nation wide service.

::Stay away at all costs - shop a proper local bike shop instead, filled with people who give your bike the time and attention it deserves. I came in needing some fenders and a bike rack - only reason I came here was because my husband had received some shoes from Performance as a gift, and I figured while he got his clips put on, I might as well do the same. After one ride, my fenders came down and sat directly on top of my tire, causing a horrendous screeching sound with any movement. And to top it off, the guy who put my rack on didn’t even bother to secure the rack at all points. After one ride, the rack also popped off and sat in limbo on my bike, rattling around. I would return and demand my money back, but I don’t trust the people at Performance to even LOOK at my bike. They don’t deserve the chance to fix this, as I don’t trust them to not screw it up again. Super disappointed by their lack of attention to detail with my bike. I’m taking my bike to someone who knows what they are doing and never spending a single cent here again.

::I bought a 800 dollar bike here and got horrible after service. I complain to the cooperate office with no response. Got sold a used bike I found out later and not told.this has been nothing but a pile of c rap Fuji bike and waste of money. All review on customer service being sub par...is correct. I give a 2 star because partly my fault for not shopping around. There are a lot better shops in seattle......alot. Don't buy here.

::Techs and sales reps are great. Very personable and knowledgeable. They'll do a lot of general tweaks for free. They now carry Fuji bikes and have one of the best nutrition and clothing selections in town.
