  I went to Perfection Auto Works a couple of times over the last three months to get some work done on my Mini Clubman. If there was a way to give them 6 stars I would. Mike and his crew went above and beyond to troubleshoot the issues with my car. They did what the mini dealership somehow could not - they figured out the problem and provided the correct solution. If you want fair and honest service on your car - this is the place.

  What a great experience! I took my 2003 Mercedes Benz E500 to get it checked and let me tell you; first of all I love their customer service which most shops don’t. Mike took good care of me and treated me with kindness and respect. Also explained to me everything that was wrong with the car that I wasn’t aware of. Overall Perfection Auto Works is the Best shop all around Tucson. Oh yeah can’t beat the price comparing to other shops including a discount for students. Thank you again Mike!!!

  I recently purchased a used vehicle. Mike checked over the car before I purchased it and did a very thorough inspection. He let me know what needed to be done on the car and gave good feedback that helped me negotiate the purchase of the car. After purchasing the car they fixed all the things wrong and did an incredible detail on my car! I feel like I'm driving a new car and don't worry that my car has 125,000 miles on it... I know everything was repaired correctly and thoroughly. I intend on having Precision Auto Works do all the maintenance on my car from now on. I would confidently recommend them.

  I'm very glad to have met Mike at Perfection Auto Works. I'm an "out-of-towner" and he made time in his extremely busy schedule (just take a peek at all of the cars parked around his shop and on the street) to get my older Mercedes SUV in for much needed service and some important fixes. I think he restored this older car and performed repairs to keep me safe on the road. He excels at customer service and his shop does great work, with Mike personally overseeing all of it. Mike guarantees his work and I am extremely pleased and would recommend him to anyone. I'm a snowbird and will look him up again next year.

  I highly recommend Perfection Auto Works! have always gone to the Lexus dealership to get my RX330 serviced, but last year I came across Perfection Auto Works and absolutely love their service! They are extremely knowledgeable and Mike takes the time to explain everything in detail, which is important to me because I don't know much about cars. I found that the Lexus dealership was not providing the very best in materials, but rather the "factory recommended" materials. I want my car to last a very long time so want the best, not the recommended. I'll be taking my car there from now on!
