::Whomever is giving these people 5 stars must be friends or family. Poor customer service. I called in advance because I was coming from a distance to see if they would take my items. I told him specifically what they were, and he told me to come by. I did, after examining my things and taking them out of the boxes and wrapping, he comes back to tell me he doesn't want those particular figurines. Well then why did you tell me on the phone you'd take those particular figurines? When I acquired why he made me come all out of my way, he's just scoffed at me. I will be telling everyone I know not come to this "place of business," Amongst writing has many poor reviews i can. You should treat your customers with dignity and respect and not waste their time.

::Probly the best Pawn Franchise you'll find in NJ. They give you top dollar on most products. Some people don't understand how pawn shops work. They not going to give you retail or street value for your items. Because they have to make a profit off it if you don't pick it up. Other than that they're good guys
