  Definitely number 1 off all places I've ever been and would never go anywhere else!! Jon is amazing, smart ( besides that good looking guy ) with great overview who knows what his job is. Every time I'm in his store he's doing his best to make me satisfied and even more. . He's a fair guy who easily explains everything you need to know to you and get you the best possible offer. . Can highly recommend Perfect Pawn in Montclair and their services. Always pleasure to come back and make a business with Jon.

  I highly recommend Perfect Pawn. Fair, friendly, and great customer service. They even stayed open late to wait for me when I was stuck in traffic. If you are looking for a pawn shop, this is as good as they come.

  Pawn shops are not the ideal place to be but when you're in desperate need of some quick cash, I can't think of a better place to go when you need the help you need. When going to one, it's never a pleasant experience; you're either loaning or selling something you really don't want to. But, going to the Montclair Perfect Pawn and working with Jon has always been a pleasant one. He's not only fair but also understands where you're coming from and what your needs are. It's easy for him to explain the price and why the price he gives is fair. You basically walk out knowing you didn't somehow get screwed which only brings more and more customers back. Jon is my reason to continue to come back...which is pretty frequently.

  Mike was very helpful and worked with me on items I needed to keep. The rate is a little high which is why I didn't give 5 stars. Very fast and compassionate.

  Mike was absolutely amazing. He helped me so so much. I needed the money to pay for school and he did everything he could to get me to the amount I needed. Very friendly, and a good atmosphere. I've been to other pawn shops before and I have felt very uncomfortable, I felt comfortable here. Five stars and I recommend if you are ever in need of going to a pawn shop this is a place to go. Mike definitely values his customers. Amazing customer service
