  I go here all the time and they’re actually pretty good. I went today and it was just rude customer service. I walk in and say “hi, how are you” she doesn’t respond. It’s empty so I sit in the seat. The next thing she says is “cash or credit” i said credit (i have always used credit here it was never a problem) She says there’s a minimum. I told her I’ve been here multiple times and there was no issue and she said their machine doesn’t accept cards unless its at least $10 (which i know isn’t true) Anyways. They are usually great but a chain is only as strong as it’s weakest link especially when it comes to customer service.

  HORRIBLE JUST HORRIBLE!!! I waited a month to get my eyebrows threaded and clearly showed the lady a picture of how I wanted my eyebrows, she did the exact opposite. I have two different eyebrows. My mother also got hers done at the same time and they did not listened to her ONCE and threaded them horribly. THESE PEOPLE DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING!! save yourselves from threading here.
