  When our expensive leather sofa died after the first year, and after extensive research, we decided to purchase a custom chair and custom couch from Perch. The fabric available was excellent, and the store had exactly the size and configuration that we wanted. I was even able to have one of the sofa pillows made more firm than the other to accommodate different preferences of my husband and me. The price was not much more than the off-the-floor (or website) ones that you find elsewhere, but there is no comparison in quality. Plus, we got a very nice loaner sofa while our furniture was being built. The delivery team was excellent, and Audrey provided the most conscientious customer service that I’ve ever experienced, keeping us advised of the status of our order every step of the way. Highest recommendation.

  We wanted a new sofa that was made with latex instead of regular foam and couldn’t find anything we liked in the Bay Area. While we were on vacation in Portland we came across Perch and are so happy we did. We found a sofa style that we love and were able to have it made with latex at a really reasonable price. The whole process from ordering to shipping went super smoothly. We couldn’t be happier with our new sofa!
