  Great gym. Close community with instructors that want you to lift correctly and make improvements. 10/10 would recommend for a friends

  Dropped in here while attending a conference downtown. Great atmosphere, great mission and good community. Can't wait to visit again and see how they've expended

  Outstanding, knowledgable staff. The coaches concentrate on making sure team members are proficient in the fundamentals above all else. Soon you realize that amazing improvements in speed and strength are the rewards to knowing perfect form! Not only do you feel welcomed as part of a fitness family, you leave feeling reassured that your fees are supporting a life-changing non-profit that aids those recovering from substance-use disorders. Only wish I would have joined sooner!
