  I’d rate negative infinity if possible. 3.5 hours to complete a tire change? On top of that ... I by accident walked past my car, with the new tire already installed, sitting in the lot. No one bothered to tell me! Then ... another hour to “close the order”. Mind you all services were completed. Why an hour to press a button and print a receipt? I see why Pep Boys is struggling of late. Horrible training and customer service ... and slower than molasses service. I only came here because Enterprise has an account with you.

  Tried to give it a half of star. Waited 2 hours and still no service. The manager and mechanic was fighting. They couldn't find the other mechanic. Ratchet wasn't going to go anyway last time they messed up my brakes but I was rushing. Never angain

  Unprofessional and poor service. The representative used profane language at me while trying to explain that I had to pay for charge that I was told were free, I even had the estimate in hand to prove it. My car was not ready at the scheduled time and even 3 after the scheduled time half of my services were complete ( due to mechanics calling out and them being under staffed). I will never return and I will warn everyone who is thinking of taking their business there to take the their business elsewhere.

  I’m about to call channel Fox 5 news. I took my car there on a Friday. I called Sunday to check on my car & someone had moved my ticket so they didn’t even know my car was there. Monday still no call. Tuesday the manager says do I want my car serviced. Not even trying to find a solution. I then called the corporate number with no return call. Today is Thursday & it’s finally getting worked on. If someone does not give me a return call from the corporate office, I will definitely make it known that this is a bad place for business.
