::I have went here at least 3 times, which is ridiculous on my part. At least a 2 hour wait for an oil change even with appointment. And I get my car back with issues. Pep boys please do not respond to this post I don't trust you and I will not call you or even go back, even with the free oil change you may offer. NO NO NO

::Came in and got set up for a valve stem repair. Waited for an hour and a half before getting up to ask how much longer it’d take. Told me they couldn’t find the part and tried to sell me something $100 more. Guess they didn’t bother to mention that sooner.
