  worst place to rent a truck. a rent the truck for 24 hours finish same day wnt to return it by 8 could not do it because they close at 7 and they don allow to drop off the key had to pay a second day because i could not return the truck in the morning as i was working let them know about returning in the afternoon they told me they were going to charge me the second day i basically pay for two days and only used the truck first day

  Penske gave me a truck that had faulty air bags, misaligned headlights, and windows that were so dirty the windshield fluid/wiper couldn't clean it. The most dangerous defect was the sticky cruise control, the truck would speed up randomly because the increase cruise speed would stick. I called about a refund and they claimed there were no damages or defaults despite the fact that I took pictures of everything. Terrible company and terrible customer service all around. They don't care that their trucks put your life in danger. Avoid this company at all cost.
