Peking Duck is one of the best Chinese Restaurants to eat Peking Duck! The chef comes out to demonstrate his expertise cutting the Duck in thin slices and the servers gives each table individual attention. The place's specialty honors the restaurant's Name. The fragrance and flavors a crispy, tender thin slices placed majestically in thin wraps that are warmly kept in a specialist covered Chinese pot, it's altogether a fantastic experience. The restaurant's staff is accountable and professionals. They demonstrate in a unique and elegant way a high quality service! The place is perfect to celebrate all kinds of reunions! Families, friends, Intimate reunions and business as well! I truly recommend this place for all tourist and locals because the place is remarkable! I personally enjoy it to the fullest and will be the top place on the list to delight myself with the Peking Duck !!!

Went on packed.Tuesday night Naturally had house specialty which is Peking duck and it was excellent. The chef came out to prepare the duck at the table and I've never seen such carving artistry. So the duck was perfect but the pancakes we a disappointment. We ended up eating the duck without the pancakes. The service was not friendly and actually harsh. Don't order wine.

If this is considered top 10 Chinese restaurants in NYC, i feel sorry for the residents here. Though the duck skin was nice and crispy and meat decently tender, it was lacking in flavor. The wrap was too thick. I enjoyed best the grand marnier prawns - but beware not everyone likes the sweet orange taste to this dish. Service was not very friendly. Waiter was practically rude when we asked if we could order a second dish out of the Peking duck. Typically, one could get fried rice made with the Peking duck meat or a soup made from the bones as a second dish for a minimal surcharge. The bonus is you can do BYO at $15 per bottle. Wine list pricing is also quite reasonable.

Very unprofessional staff. We ordered a peking duck. They brought it to the table, served half of it in wraps and simply took the remaining duck away without bothering to ask whether we want to have it or not. We had to insist to have it packed when they refused to bring it back to table. Then when we asked for desserts they simply said there's not much option. Again we had to specifically ask for the menu. And at the end they added a 20% tip to the bill which they had handwritten on the otherwise printed check. How they dare to write something on the check without our consent? I'm only giving 2 stars because the food quality is real good otherwise they deserve a negative point for their service.

I would like to give zero star if I can. I highly recommend customers stay away from them. I tried this place around two years ago in a new year or Christmas holiday. We booked a table for eight. We waited for almost an hour to get Peking duck dish. What's worse is, after duck was placed aside, no waiter came to cut duck into pieces for us. We called the managers and waiters several time, and tried to ask them to cut duck for us. They seemed to be very annoyed and took no action. We waited until the duck got cold and somebody finally came and cut for us. The cruel irony is that they were so caring and serve dishes on time to another table which sit two white couples. The servers and managers kept asking them how is the dish, while meanwhile nobody even cut duck for us. In stead, they left us there watching duck turn cold. This is my worst dinning experience in NYC. It is so sad that Chinese mistreat and disrespect their fellow. It has been two years since my last dinning here. I just suddenly see this restaurant review so high and I know it doesn't deserve such high review. I have to share my experience here. Again, I will never come back and hope everybody be aware that you might get discrimination service in this place!!
