  Many of these photos are of the 1111 Broadway location, NOT 555 12th St. 555 12th St is ***NOT*** a true Peet's. It is a Specialty's Bakery that serves substandard Peet's coffee. The care and attention to detail is lacking on the coffee end. They frequently run out of coffee essentials. This is a bakery first, coffee stop being a distant second. The San Francisco location at 100 California is just as mediocre. This is one of those alliances that has not worked out.

  Fast service, clean, just hard to order, as it's combined with a local bakery.

  This is not a peets! It's a Specialities that serves peets. The coffee is not the same. I think there used to be a dedicated peets here, but it must have closed

  Closes Peet's to public transportation hub. At times when you're in a rush, but want caffeine, its within steps. Staff are helpful and nice knows nearby workers by name. When there's a line don't get discouraged, as wait time is about 3 minutes. Line goes by fast just step aside for other to order. There's not a whole lot of seating a few tables and a corner table for the wheelchair bound.
