::This is your typical Peet’s, with the exception of covered pasties, which is a definite plus. If the flies land, they will land on the Saran Wrap and not your food. The baristas weren’t all that friendly but not all the way rude either.

::The register baristas working this afternoon NEED to be evaluated for their customer service. Maybe they were all having a bad morning or something but they treated “certain” customers far better than others. Two different baristas took my order because the first one, tag said Josh, just walked away and started helping someone else without a word or explanation. I’m hoping this wasn’t due to race but it did seem to be a common factor with all the orders following mine.

::I’ve never had the urge to leave a review at a Peets Coffee shop before. I just had the most amazing experience. I bought a Chemex drip coffee maker along with some filters and two bags of coffee. At first I wasn’t sure what to buy, luckily I happened to come across one of the most knowledgeable coffee connoisseurs I’ve ever met. I was super impressed with their knowledge, conversational skills, and how patient they were with me. I have auditory issues sometimes and they made me feel extremely comfortable even though there were moments I had trouble understanding or comprehending certain things that were being said. I don’t remember their name unfortunately but I do remember that they had a blue shirt on and they were very kind. If you know who I am talking about they definitely deserve a raise as they seem to be a key employee. Everyone else seemed equally as nice that was working there but this individual really stood out to me. If I ever am able to remember their name I’ll update this post.

::Excellent friendly & helpful staff. Extremely busy but that did not change staff demeanor. Quick turnaround for drinks.
