  They have a Peetniks Rewards Card for a free drink on your birthday and etc... the baristas were extremely rude when asking about my card and how it works. The Supervisor had to step in and even then the whole situation was rude, awful, embarrassing, and quite frankly a horrible experience...

  Fast and friendly service. Very good tea and food. Moved from Minnesota and it's comparable if not better than Caribou.

  This is a standard Peet's coffeeshop in a convenient location. Coffee craft is reasonable and pastries are fresh. The space is not too small, about 7-8 tables. You may find a line early on working days, but the staff works through it efficiently. The restroom is locked and very clean.

  Stopped by here to get coffee wile visiting San Francisco for the weekend. Very Happy with the coffee and the price. The staff even accommodated a special order that many other coffee shops will mess up. Definitely advise stopping by if you are in the area.
