    If I could give neg stars I would I called and ask my dr to send me somewhere else they are unprofessional and the clinic manager is a joke as well. Highly upset months for an appointment which is ridiculous. Will not return here will be calling the boards and complaining with the B.B.

    NO OPTION FOR NEGATIVE STARS!!! I expected the staff just to be un organized, but the Dr himself!! The whole practice is a mess, Dr Barron in short abused my son and threw him onto the exam table and pinned him down. My son has ADHD and was just having a "not listening moment" as do most children! Dr Barron was behind schedule that day and I guess didn't have time to have patience for a child. He went on to tell the nurse that my son was being combative, really!! You are grown man and a pediatric specialist, you are suppose to be patient and caring, not aggressive and impatient! So now My son and I have to suffer and do the referral waiting game over again because Dr Barron does not want to transfer my son to another Dr within the group. So because of one Dr's negligence we have to start all over. A formal grievance has been filed regarding this situation! If you get referred to this group just leave, I am sure there are others. Forgot to add, We have a Hispanic last name but I am white, husband is Mexican-American, My son gets shy and plays the silent game, the dr was trying to ask him questions but my son was not answering, and he knows we all speak English, we don't even speak Spanish. The Dr says, " I guess you don't speak English!" He didn't even laugh it off like he was trying to make a joke, he was very monotone in his delivery. Very Raciest remark! The whole visit was sickening!

    Thank you Dr.Rhee for taking care of my children for over 10yrs now you are the best in Vegas love your staff have always been a joy to my family and I also thanking you for teaching me about my boys illness and how to maintain there health you rock👏👏👏😘😘😘

    I have a really hard time giving this review BUT the staff is horrible. When the staff's job is to get lab work done and get prescriptions order and you are not doing your job this greatly affects the child's health. My son was in a full blown Crohn's flare, losing weight FAST and turning yellow and they delayed his receiving his medication. I had to babysit them constantly. They also delayed sending lab orders in until I would call, they delayed sending me lab results until I would call. I finally spoke with the office manager who claimed "this has never happened before" which does not help in any way shape or form. It just made me feel singled out. Follow-ups to test results were scheduled 2 months AFTER the tests were done. A lot can change in 2 months therefore, those test results could be invalid by the time you get with the doctor to discuss them. We have found a new doctor and in 2 visits (1 month) we have accomplished so much more than in the 6 months with pediatric gastroenterology & nutrition associates. Also, since my son has changed doctors I have had to call them to request a billing code for labs (my insurance stated the code was incorrect for his diagnosis) I have called and sent faxes requesting the resend it to Quest since January, and have received no response. I called again today with Quest on the line and they hung up on me. I have never been rude when I called. Even after all that has gone on there is absolutely NO reason for them to treat me this way. The quest rep was nice enough to put me on hold and call them back. The finally gave her the information but she said she even had a struggle with them. Absolutely horrible and unprofessional.
