  If I could give 0 stars I would. The dentists were very good and kid friendly, but the billing department would be better run by chimps! Elana is a nasty person who has no business in customer service. Our daughter had a major surgery performed and the day after, Elana called my wife and demanded we pay the whole bill (over $4000) before they sent the claim to insurance. She said that insurance would mail us the check for what our plan covered. Well, 2 months later, no check, so we called to get an update and were told the claim had not been submitted. I called my insurance company, and... not only had a claim been submitted, but they had already sent a check to the dentists office and they had cashed it! I called again, only to have Elana yell at me and hang up. She did call back later and explain that the check would be mailed to us the following Monday. We waited until Friday, still no check. When I called her to ask, she again yelled at, me stating she never told me she would send a check and hung up. Needless to say I was appalled by this treatment. Once again, she called back later. The news? Even though we had paid our bill IN FULL before they sent a claim to insurance, she would have a check worth half of the check my insurance company had just wrote them, and it would be available for pick up by Wednesday the following week. Not only is that strange to get half of that check when we had paid our full bill... but she didnt have the check when we came on Wednesday!!! This woman is by far the most unqualified person I have ever encountered in billing/ customer service. I created this account only so that I could warn people against this scam of a business. Do not go to this place, but if you do... DEFINITELY DO NOT PAY BEFORE YOUR INSURANCE CLAIM IS SENT!!! I have a hunch that Elana is embezzling money from here boss/customers, as there is no other reason to receive half of what my refund should have been when we paid the full bill before the claim was sent. So messed up!!! UPDATE: The check finally came, and get THIS! They wrote the check out to our 6 year old daughter who is (was) also a patient there!!! I am 100% positive you can find a better place to bring your kids than this!!!

  This is best pediatric dentist we have ever been and trust me we been everywhere starting from Europe and I just want to say Dr Zamani and stuff are so nice especially receptionist Linda is amazing.

  I have taken my son here twice already for his bi-annual check ups and have had a wonderful experience both times. The staff is very friendly and always made both my son and I feel very comfortable. The doctor is is thorough and gentle which is a huge plus because my toddler did not feel scared for even a second. The office is meticulous with plenty of activities to keep a child busy and keep this anxious mama at ease. Would definitely recommend to others!

  Very Nice office very nice staff overall. Doctors extra caring. Only thing was the surprise co pay which I was cool with. Pay in cash and the was the beginning of nasty attuded because they didn't have any change. Had to wait and extra 20 min with my kids mouth bleeding. Ask them to send me a Bill or payment on next trip and they refused. Like I said 99% of the Staff was helpful but that one person😑

  For two years we were searching for a dentist that would help us with our son rapid tooth decay and cavities. We had visited more then five local Pediatric dentists and a very well know children’s hospital. All of the local dentists had the same answer “you need a specialist” but I thought they were the specialists. Once under the care of the children hospital they’re answer was to put my child through the operating room where most of his teeth would be removed. I wouldn’t be allowed in the room and I would only have found out what was done after the procedure. Just when we were losing hope that we would never find a doctor that would save our son teeth we were recommended to 949 Pediatric Dentistry. Our experience was excellent. Dr. Berlim and Dr. Ta preformed our son procedure. From the moment we made the appointment till the moment the procedure was over. We were treated with kindness, respect and professionalism, and the entire team was absolute professionals. To the receptionists, nurse, dental assistant and doctors, thank you very much 949 Pediatric Dentistry. Words cannot express how thankful we are. We will most definitely recommend your services to everyone we know.
