  I received the pashmina without a packing slip or a way to return it. I did not like the quality, when I tried to call to return it all I got was " the person you called has,a voice mail box that has,not been set up yet." (This was for customer service and accounts. Obviously they do not want to take the calls). Will call again tomorrow.
