  Office staff is pleasant and professional. Did not feel they can think outside the box though. My ex and I are amicable and willing to negotiate but they seem to stick to a scripted guideline. Felt any other mediator can do the same. Should receive better service for the hefty hourly rate....I should not be asked by the mediator "Where did we leave off from last time?" Nothing special. Don't recommend
