  Extended warranty is a scam. I usually don’t purchase extended warranty plans but I did for the refrigerator I purchased. The fan went on the fridge. For the first service appointment I was given a 12 hour window for someone to show up, insane. Person diagnosed the problem and had to order a part. It took a week for the part to arrive. Then it took 9 days for the first available appointment to install the new part. Unacceptable, don’t bother purchasing the extended warranty. It’s meaningless if it takes almost 3 weeks.

  P.C. Richard & Son is very fair easy terms and good service. Nice items for sale,very good prices on like new stuff. You would be very surprised by the merchandise.Recommended.

  I could not have been happier with the service I received from start to finish ! Jan G. was so helpful and nice. He really made buying a new dishwasher a breeze! Then the delivery was a pleasure ! They came when they promised and the two gentlemen, Alex and Cory who delivered it were terrific as well ! Kudos to PC Richard !

  Everyone has to go here at least once in a lifetime. The best place to get camera gear and pretty good on computers. Online store is great especially for high end and pro stuff.

  The most awesome electronics and Appliance Store you can walk in to. A vast selection of cinematic hardware. The staff is quite knowledgeable and helpful. The prices are adequate especially when you consider that what's being sold of professional quality. If you are into filming and still photography then this is the place to visit/buy from.
