  Second big purchase made from this particular location (first being a flat screen tv) and I cannot say enough good things about the store and employees, especially Jimmy Schutte. He is the reason I returned and will return in the future for my purchases. He’s eager to help but not pushy and looking to do right by the customer. He looks to fit your needs and not push a too expensive and overrated product.

  Larry and Claudio are THE BEST!!! I was so worried about replacing our BIG stand alone refridge that recently broke, but they were able to find the perfect replacement!!! We can’t wait for it to be delivered! Thanks guys!! 😆

  Made buying a new dryer easy. Salesperson was friendly and helpful, and set a delivery for the next day. Delivery guys were also great, took every care to not damage anything. Nice to see customer service that. Recommend shopping here for appliances.

  We were in the market for a new Washing machine and decided to take a look at what this store had. I was met with a very friendly and informative salesman Steve. This guy is great, he knows his stuff and gave us such an awesome deal on the washing machine, we decided to buy a dryer as well. Will definitely be back.

  We visited several appliance stores when we were looking for a new washing machine. We were told maybe next week, or several weeks for delivery. We were created by Bill Kelly when we walked in, and without a sales pressure he walked us through the washers, and explained in great detail about features and benefits of buying through PC Richards, with the tone of education rather than the hard sell I have experienced. He researched the delivery availability, and came up with an alternative product that actually had more features at the same price of our preferred model that could be delivered the next day. He is the type of salesperson that I am, educational, personable, and you feel he is working for the customer, not the bottom line. The delivery crew was the same professional experience that we received from Bill. They were quick, efficient and very personable and did all we expected and more. This should be what an appliance purchase experience should be.
