  I’m writing this review to give big kudos to the staff of the p.c. Richards Ralph ave location especially the office girl unique there customer service is impeccable and I would recommend anyone with electronic, home goods appliances and mattress needs to visit them 👍🏽

  Shaffick was a great customer service rep he helped us with purchasing our AC and Stand up fan very polite and professional also very patient.

  I had the best experience with PC Richard on Ralph Avenue Georgetown. I purchased a Blueray player at a different PC Richard but it was the wrong version. I purchased it in January of 2018 and it is now May 2018. He looked up my purchase in the computer and with no problem exchanged it for me and I only paid the difference. Thanks Manager Tristan. Great customer service.

  I visited this location this week to look for a new TV for my mother and received nothing but genuine advise and help in selecting the best quality for my mom. The sales people were knowledgeable and friendly and I got the 55” I had been searching around for at a great buy. All in all excellent service and a great pricing here at this Ralph location! I would recommend to friends and family, Thank you guys!

  The manager and salesman were great. Very helpful and informative about each and every product. Great prices and deals, would definitely be back for other electronic devices. I would recommend my other colleagues to the Ralph avenue location. Plus there's parking..
