  Legit! Ask for Terry for appliances. Knows his stuff and will connect you with what you need. Helpful, knowledgeable and not pushy salesman. Store manager is also a good guy who will help you get the deal you need even if there is no manufacturer's incentive/promo.

  Ray was great with helping us pick out a new dishwasher. He walked us through the different brands and showed us how each one differed. We will definitely come back and see Ray when we need more appliances!

  Our experience at PC Richards was accommodating and positive. Everyone was very friendly and personable. They helped with pricing and worked with exactly what we needed. You can't find this type of customer service anywhere else. They ensured we were satisfied with the price, quality, and overall satisfaction of the product. Matt and Randy sat with us and made sure we were comfortable. Matt's expertise of the products were unparalleled! We will be returning customers, indeed! Thank you! Can't wait to get great use out of our new mattress!!

  Great customer service by Nelson from the moment we walked in. He gave us enough time to look at all the options then asked us how he could help. He found exactly what we were looking for and at the price we wanted to spend. It was an easy and stress free experience. Tim Price, the manager, was also very accommodating and helpful as well. I will be back again!!!

  Was just up at PC Richards in stony brook and I must say it’s been a long time since I experienced some genuine, sincere, customer service and appreciation. My salesperson Dominic Lopez was a complete gentleman and his manager was the same. I was buying a couple of TVs and I checked everywhere before I made my final decision. Not only were both guys super nice but the price was the lowest against BJ’s, Costco and Best Buy. My favorite was when I said I appreciate you guys staying late (almost an hour after close) they both said “you kidding me? Why are you thanking us, thank you, because with out you we are not in business!”. When is the last time you heard of customer service like that!!! Thanks gentlemen, looking forward to my next purchase. And to the higher ups at PC Richards, these guys should train every employee at every store. If they can instill their attitudes across the entire organization PC Richards will beat anyone trying to compete with you! PS - while Dominic was ringing me up the other salesman there (don’t remember his name but he was a jazz fan) helped me to my truck. That’s an additional example of great attitudes and teamwork!
