  I went to this store recently, and it was a great experience. They were very helpful, specially the gentleman that goes by "B". He listened to all my needs, and assisted me in finding exactly what I wanted! Love this store!

  Always an amazing experience, It's great to see there's still that mom and pop shop feel in the heart of Brooklyn. My salesperson RAY has been a true professional and very responsive during all my purchases there. He has always accommodated me and all my family and friends who visit him .   George is THE best when it comes to customer service. He is super reliable, dependable and not to mention, knowledgeable - answering any questions you have regarding any of the products PC Richards sells. My family and I have been coming to this exact location for close to 15 years and he has never let us down. George recently referred us to Ray because he was not at work when we needed an appliance ASAP. Ray, hands down, is George #2 - just as knowledgeable and dependable. What makes George and Ray so great is because they actually care and take their time to make sure all your needs are met. George and Ray are true assets to PC Richards and I would (and do) recommend them to anyone. Jesus, Mel and Family
