  Worst place to buy floors. Floors are not American made in fact "made in china" and their customer service rep Michela is horrible stay away from this place.

  I purchased engineered flooring, Alta Vista, Hallmark flooring from PC Wood Flooring back in 2013, after being hit with Hurricane Sandy. The floors immediately started chipping and shown wear as if they have been heavily used for 20 years. Chunks of the flooring chips off and gets snagged on the socks. My daughter got a big piece of wood on her foot and had to be taken to the doctor. I have been communicating with Joe from PC for the past 3 years, still no solution for these horrible flooring. I would like some solution for this flooring.

  I am a builder and over the last ten years I have purchased many floors from PC. Always a great experience with staff and never had a problem with any product. 2 years ago I built an ultra custom home for my sister, once again we purchased from PC. More than a year after the product installation the flooring began to show defects. I immediately reached out to Joe in their warranty department, It was an issue from the manufacturer Joe instantly put me at ease, he handled the situation with care, professionalism and urgency it needed. I am proud to say I will be a customer for life. Sal
