  Very beautiful online but when you buy it's either small to big and it just does not look like what it seems. I got something and so it matched I had to buy another 10 things i recommend but make sure it would fit without all the pillows shams and more or else you won't like it at all.

  Pottery Barn doesn't warrantee its products beyond 30 days. I bought a sleeping bag for my daughter and washed it according to the instructions. It had several seems come apart while washing on cold/gentle and Pottery Barn won't replace it. They state that they have no warrantees beyond 30 days and have refused to repair or replace it. They have some good looking items, but I'm so disappointed that they don't stand behind their products.

  Usually have enjoyed ordering from Pottery Barn/PB Teen but this has been an AWFUL experience. Ordered a duvet and shams for my daughter and literally check the order every day (ordered a month ago) and the on-line status has changed five times. The first rep I spoke with a week ago said she would follow up with me - she did not. The one I spoke with today was rude. I cannot believe that I cannot get a straight answer and literally no one there cares about the customer. It is as if they are doing me a favor allowing me to purchase from them. BEYOND FRUSTRATING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
