  You be the judge because I don't want you to correct your stores based on my emotional opinionated feedback but please evaluate my experience and determine for yourself that if this is the proper way a retail shoe store should conduct business. After me and my family go to two stores in the 33131 area the sales associates do not greet us as we walk in the door and give us the feeling they could case less about our business and both stores had sales associates that grunted when we asked them a question. Both replied to our "where is the men's department" with the answer " I no speak english." Many shoes on the shelf were mismatched (size 10 left shoe with size 10 1/2 right shoe) and at store 141 E Flagler, after I asked the young girl in the mens section if I could use the shoe size tool she replied "I don't know where those are" followed by "we only have the kids one." After trying on pairs of shoes no one in the store assisted us and after trying to purchase a pair of shoes with another non-english speaking could case less cash register lady I asked for the district managers number, which he never picked up as well as had no voicemail. So, you be the judge.
