  The single worst customer service and dry cleaning experience EVER! Dropped off 3 shirts to be laundered which were worn for a few hours each. The shirts came back ironed with no starch and otherwise untouched, collar and cuffs still dirty, as the matter of fact one very expensive tuxedo shirt came back with black stain that was not there before. The woman at the counter was nasty! Refused to return my money, did not want to admit that shirts were not even laundered. She said if I wanted the stains removed, I had to get the shirts dry cleaned and pay for a stain removing service. The shirt was not stained before the initial laundering. I think this place is a BIG SCAM - they just iron and do not launder.

  Very poor service. They held my item for 3 weeks and then returned it just as dirty as it was. Did not remove even a lipstick stain. It seems like they did not even try to clean the item. Seriously . They charged me $7 for the "service" . Never going there again .

  Worst experience ever. Brought a shirt with stains on it and pointed out the stains to an employees who put little stain stickers on it. When I go to pick the shirt up the stains are still there and there is lint all over the shirt. there is a different worker there presumably the owner who says that is impossible that his other employee would have put stickers on it and that the shirt should have been dry cleaned. I asked if it needed to be dry cleaned with those stains why the employee didn't tell me at the time to dry clean it. He says she did not see this stains and did not put stickers on it. I asked if he thinks that I'm lying to him about the stickers he says no but he says that it's impossible for the other employee who is not present to put the stickers on it. wants me to come back three days later for him to remove the lint that shouldn't have been on the shirt to begin with when picking up a cleaned shirt. I told him he was going to be losing my business because of his attitude and treatment. he tells me he has 35 other stores and doesn't need my business . stay away

  Most of the time I find the quality of their work is quite good.
