::NIGHTMARE - this sums up the service and all of the errors that "YOU" will have to bring to their attention by auditing their work. It takes the a few minutes to plug in numbers (inaccurately) and then you get billed at increasing rates. When I have brought it to their attention they are cavalier about it. I recently brought a withholding error to their attention and I was told it was simply "an oversight" and that it would auto-resolve when my employee filed her taxes! WOW, screw up a person's payroll withholding's and let her deal with the aftermath and no big deal! I take this very seriously, if I wouldn't have audited their work time and time again, the errors would not have been corrected. Because I voiced my discontent, I got a whopping 25% increase on my bill without notice! At $93 bucks for about five minutes of bad work, that's an hourly rate of $1,116.00!!! Shame on Paychex!!!!

::Make sure you read the reviews before switching to this company! The bad reviews are not false! They will take unauthorized withdrawals from your account and then promise to refund you only for you to follow up with them for 2 months. And you can forget about getting your rep on the phone. No one ever answers. If you email them, do not expect a quick response. You are better off going to another company for your payroll needs.

::After a week of leaving multiple messages asking for details on how to enroll for medical insurance. I was sent an email saying that 'due to hipaa regulations, he is unable to communicate with me'.. What? He can't give me instructions on how to enroll due to HIPAA??????

::Terrible software, this company hasn't updated their websites since the 90's. They don't support the Chrome browser even though it is the #1 browser by market share (60% vs 12% of the next closest at the time of this review). Their system frequently bugs out while logging in. Use any other provider if at all possible, wife has ADP and it's lightyears better. I've heard good things about Gusto as well.
