  There almost seems to be more parking garages in AZ then actual entertainment.. This just inflates land value since they basically all charge you for not really doing anything for you. It's a world wide problem and apparently even worse in other states.

  THIS PARKING LOT IS A SCAM! DO NOT PARK HERE! I parked my car here after paying the fee and parking in the correct spot, when I came back I had a violation notice (along with every other car in the lot) demanding me to pay $100 to some company in Colorado. The phone number on the ticket doesn't even connect you to anyone. I am still trying to dispute this and I haven't been able to get in contact with someone who will help. This parking lot is out for your money, BEWARE!
