  Delicious bagel sandwiches! Loved their jalapeño bagel with egg and cheese. Cute and cozy small coffee shop.

  AWFUL!!!! My everything bagel w/ cream cheese was burnt and the coffee tasted awful. pricy!

  I’ve been going to Pavement for about 10 years now, having been a BU student and now a working person in Fenway. Pavement used to be good, but it is no longer. The bagels are mediocre and the iced coffee is not good. The espresso drinks are delicious. This is a change from the old days. The service has gone considerably down hill - expect to wait 15-30 minutes for a bagel. What’s painful is that I love Pavement and I want it to be better. The staff is always super friendly. But I’ve been in the store when the owner/manager is berating his store managers in the open. Clearly somethings not right. Please: Staff more people on the sandwich line. Figure out why you lose orders so often. Fix your awful iced coffee. Treat your employees like human beings and don’t be an a**hole to them in front of your customers. It’s embarrassing.
