  They repaired my husband’s Black Forest cuckoo clock. They showed me how to use it, and made it like new. Great service!

  Took my great-grandmother's tall clock there. It has not been working since before I was born (probably damaged in shipment quite some time ago). Paul and Judy were remarkably kind to us, and assessed the issues with the clock in an honest and forthright manner. After realizing that the missing parts made it irreparable, Paul found an alternate source of parts that I can contact to continue an exciting journey!

  Had a family heirloom that got majorly damaged while being shipped. They came out, took the necessary parts and reinstalled the fixed mechanism into my clock at home. Great work, reasonable prices for what they do. Glad to have my clock working again!

  You wouldn't know it's a clock repair business because it's run out of a home. It's a family run business. That said, the quality of work is excellent. They restored a non-working clock I had and did it quickly within a week. They are expensive. It can be very expensive. However, that has to be balanced by the fact that it truly is an art what he does and for heirlooms, you want quality work.
