  Got such a great deal on a 2015 Kia Soul + that I flew from Albuquerque to pick it up and drive it back. Everyone in the process was great and they even picked me up at the airport when I got in. There was a pricing discrepancy during the process which could have went south fast, but they took care of it and had the car and most of the paperwork ready when i got there. I shopped Phoenix, Denver, and Dallas for vehicles and Patterson was the best deals and I was happy with the service. Thank you for making it an easy process!

  I'm so disappointed with how they basically got us in there saying they can help us. I specifically advised the Sales Person about our Credit, Our current car Status, and What are our expectations were. The first car we brought from them was great, but we got in a car accident and it was totaled out. I told the Sales Rep Manager for Online, Ryan Lang, that we owed 4,000 on the current loan, our credit wasn't great, and that I wanted him to do everything before we went to see him. I expressed that We did not want to spend a whole day if we couldn't get a car. We were told they could still help us and work with us. My husband gets to the car dealership and ask to speak with Ryan Lang. He is then pawned off to another sales rep ( who seemed new). Well they have him test drive three cars and he advised them he can only put 1500.00 down. He the goes through the whole shabazz, and they tell him how much his monthly payments will be. They had also ran his credit because I received a notification. After all that, they come back to him and say they are needing to run his credit (which they already did) and tell him he now needs a co-signer? What????? So this is not something they could have found out before my husband went through all of that? We advised them up front of all the challenges, but they did not listen. Also to add to the drama, the finance company we owed the loan too, they didn't tell my husband until the end that they didn't use them anymore. AFTER they ran his credit!!!!!!!!!! If anything the Sales person could have at least been more consultative on the process and what could possibly happen due to our challenges. Will Never come to this place again!!!!! A WASTE OF TIME!

  Was looking for a Soul with specific options. Was told they could get one by the end of the week and set up an appointment to come in. Called the day before and talked to a sales manager ? I was told he would go look around and call me back. Never called. The next morning I called to confirm that they had got it, and no one even knew. I was told that “yesterday they were busy”. Seriously? I had no plans to drive an hour to go see a car that wasn’t there. They really dropped the ball in the communications department on this one. I decided I was too busy to wait and was in the exact car from another dealership within two days. Very disappointed that a car dealership is “too busy” to show the common courtesy of a phone call.

  I had a great experience at Patterson Kia of Arlington. Al Smith was very professional,friendly, and helpful. What I liked most of all was I was not treated like a "dumb girl"and did not know anything. It's a great place to buy a vehicle.

  I had a great car buying experience. Patrick was very knowledgeable about the cars. I am very proud to be a Kia soul owner. When I say they work with any credit situation they do. Ask for Patrick he will get you in a car he did it for me. I know he will do that for you as well. Thanks Patrick.
