::I lost my Patelco debit card, and didn't want to wait for it to come in the mail. I called this branch to see if they could accommodate my request, and they were able to give it to me 3 minutes after my arrival.

::I’m leaving Bank of America for Patelco because B of A is dishonest, rude, unprofessional, and has stolen money from me. When looking into the issue B of A responded with “I don’t know and this is not our problem.” After my experience with Bank of America I lost trust in banks. A friend urged me to try Patelco before moving all of my money to my mattress, lol. I decided to give Patelco a chance and I’m so glad that I did. Everyone at this branch is awesome, in particular Tasha, and the branch managers Xochitl and Miss Marguerite. They’re knowledgeable, professional, and kind! I opened a savings account that offers 3% APY, a checking account and credit card account. Thank you for being a trustworthy institution Patelco.
