  If your bathroom is broken for the past "3 weeks" shut the damn store down. As i was walking in there was a pregnant woman leaving. I wonder if she had an episode would they make her walk next door... POS retail store

  Store is full of a crazy amount of things for your party. Staff was friendly and knew where things were and seemed eager to help. Had some fun things I never imagined. Ended buying more than I came for as they had such good deals. I know I will be going here for future projects.

  In 2 words: worthy and expensive. They have alot of great ideas for parties and events but if you dont find the right coupons to what you are looking for,then it will defiantly cost you an arm and a leg. I would rather look on their online for discounts and packages before browsing the stores.

  We shop here any time we are planning a theme party. They usually have just about everything we are looking for. 70s, 80s, 90s, Monsters, Cars, kid or adults. Sometimes you have to do your own searching for what you need because the staff isn't around much to help. You'll see the register person and maybe one other person in this giant store.

  We went there on a Wednesday evening and asked staff to help pull of a medial baby gender reveal and seeing as how it was very last minute we knew the possibility of it being something small or something along those lines. We got absolutely no service. I stood there talking with the young staff lady for about 10 mins to try to get some ideas, I asked if they could put either a pink or blue balloon in just some cheap box maybe, or if they could put it in a plastic bag, I was looking for any kind of suggestion or help and got absolutely nothing. I had to keep repeating myself and urge her a bit for an answer but nothing. I went and looked around to find someone else who could possibly help me but no one bothered. I was so upset and disappointed because I wanted to make the night special for my niece who held off finding out the gender of her baby to share with me and my family. Anything would've done that night, she could have sealed some confetti in an envelope and I would've been satisfied. So I went to Arizona Fun Services and had the best experience there. The girl came to our aide with no problem. Gave us wonderful suggestions and did her best to help us out to make it grand. We ended up having a memorable lovely evening that night thanks to Arizona Fun Services. I always went to Party City but I won't ever go back. They have horrible service all around.
